The 2021 Estate Cab Franc is an expressive example of the varietal, with spicy herbs and dark red and black fruits on the nose. The palette is defined by rich black cherries, and a hint of cola. The acid is medium, and the structure is not drying, but rather reinforces the finish with soft mouth-watering tannins.

With 67% Merlot and 33% Cab Franc, our Uniti blend provides lovely notes of ripe cherry and mint with a floral overtone. Grapes from our Va Piano and Octave Estate vineyards are aged for 22 months in 50% new French oak.
