2017 was a wonderful vintage for quality Washington wines. Following a very cold winter, (which damaged a lot of vines, reducing yields, but not affecting overall quality) the spring and summer were steady and warm. The resulting fruit was nearly perfect, making sorting and fermentation a dream come true.
